Installation Process

Surface Preparation: The floor is ground or shot-blasted to open the concrete pores and remove any blemishes, ensuring optimal adhesion.
Base and Primer Coat: A black primer is typically applied to enhance contrast in the metallic coat, followed by a clear binder resin mixed with metallic pigments.
Application and Design: The metallic epoxy is spread using squeegees and rollers. The pigments are then manipulated to create unique decorative effects, with optional additional colors for accenting.
Topcoat: Once the metallic epoxy has cured, it is sanded and top-coated with a high-performance urethane topcoat, available in gloss or satin finishes. This provides a durable wear surface with improved traction and enhanced visual appeal.
